The V-O-W is a adjustable tension friction folder which has the (H-F-L) Heeter Fixed Lock, so you can lock the folder in close position or open position. The frames also accept two standard size nickel coins. The customer can easily access the two screws that hold the coins in place from the inside of the frames.
